Definitions - geek vs nerd

thanks to dictionary.com for all of the following:

geek Slang.
–noun
1. a peculiar or otherwise dislikable person, esp. one who is perceived to be overly intellectual.
2. a computer expert or enthusiast (a term of pride as self-reference, but often considered offensive when used by outsiders.)
3. a carnival performer who performs sensationally morbid or disgusting acts, as biting off the head of a live chicken.

can i just say that the last thing i do is bite the heads off of chickens...

nerd Slang.
–noun
1. a stupid, irritating, ineffectual, or unattractive person.
2. an intelligent but single-minded person obsessed with a nonsocial hobby or pursuit: a computer nerd.

so i guess, according to these defintions i'm closer to a nerd, since being a geek kinda limits one to computers, although i always thought it was the other way around. oh well. what are you?

stairing at a plank page = writers block

so here i am trying to come up with the perfect opening blog post, something that introduces me, as well as get the theme of this page accross without sounding too silly/cliche/boring/etc. and i just can't.

this is my fifth try.

so welcome,

it should get better from here on out.

lets hope...
